By booking a yoga teacher training course, yoga retreat, workshop, or other program offered by YogaMea School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following refund & cancellation policy.
1. Yoga Teacher Training Courses
All payments and deposits made to secure a place on a yoga teacher training course are nonrefundable.
If a student is unable to attend the course, the amount already paid may be transferred to another YogaMea Yoga Teacher Training Course, subject to availability.
The transfer must be requested before the original course start date, and the new course must be attended within 12 months of the original booking date.
If the price of the new course is higher, the difference must be paid by the student. No refund will be given if the new course has a lower price.
Once a yoga teacher training course has started, no refund or reimbursement will be provided for withdrawal, absence, late arrival, or early departure, regardless of the reason.
2. Yoga Retreats and Workshops
Bookings for yoga retreats, workshops, and other short programs are non-refundable.
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation is made, including cancellations made shortly before the scheduled arrival or program start date.
Once the retreat or program has started, no refund will be provided for unused nights, missed activities, late arrival, or early departure.
3. Deposits and Payments
Any deposit or advance payment required to confirm a booking is non-refundable and is considered a reservation fee to secure the participant's place.
Failure to complete the remaining balance by the payment deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking, without entitlement to a refund of the deposit already paid.
4. Transfer to Another Person
Bookings are personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from YogaMea School.
Any approved transfer may be subject to administrative or price adjustments.
5. Cancellation or Changes by YogaMea School
In the unlikely event that YogaMea School is required to cancel a course, retreat, or program, YogaMea will offer the participant the choice between:
transferring the booking to another available date or program; or
receiving a refund of the amount paid to YogaMea for the cancelled program.
This provision applies only when the cancellation is initiated by YogaMea School.
6. Travel, Flights, and Other Personal Expenses
YogaMea School is not responsible for flights, transportation, travel insurance, accommodation booked independently, visa expenses, or any other personal expenses incurred by the participant.
Participants are strongly advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance, including cancellation and interruption coverage.
8. Acceptance of the Policy
By completing a booking or making a payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
