The 100 Hour Yoga teacher training courses in India; are designed for those who for various reasons are unable to be away from home for 4 weeks in one go. This teacher training course in Rishikesh; is none other than a normal 200 hour course, divided into two phases of 100 hours each, each phase lasting two weeks. (15 days)
At the end of the first phase of your 100 Hours - Yoga teacher training course in India, you can continue your training with YogaMea School and take part in the second phase of 15 days of one of our RYT 200 available on our calendar in order to finish your 200 hours training course and qualify to become a Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher. All the courses designated by YogaMea School are recognized by the International Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of all 4 weeks and after successfully passing the final exams, the student will be awarded with the RYT 200 Instructor Certificate registered with RYA and valid everywhere in the world .
