The 100 hours teacher training course designed at The YogaMea School is suitable for everyone, albeit they are a beginner and completely new to yoga, or an intermediate who already has a fundamental understanding of this ancient tradition. Even for those who are experts this course is ideal offering them the chance to refresh and regenerate their souls on the banks of the sacred River Gange, in Rishikesh India, the perfect surroundings!
Teaching and learning are therefore designed in such a way that ethical practices become an integral part of our students. Three healthy vegetarian meals will be served each day at Yogamea in compliance with the Sattvic diet which also includes tea and snacks. During the yoga instructor training course we provide food based on the Sattvic diet which is Ayurvedic food.
This type of cuisine excludes all egg and dairy products, onion and garlic. The Sattvic diet favours calm, enthusiasm, purity, creativity and concentration. “We are what we eat “and therefore a healthy diet is essential if we want to maintain a healthy and “weightless” body for perfect meditation
