100 Hour Syllabus - Holistic Yoga Teacher Training In Italy

Holistic 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Italian Monastery

Yoga Teacher Training in Monastery for 100 Hour

This training program for yoga teachers lasting fifteen days and a total of 100 hours, is specially designed for those who cannot stay away for a whole month at one time. Nevertheless, it ensures a serious and well outlined practical and theoretical comprehension.

Every day we follow a deliberate and in-depth sequence of Yoga Asanas, with modification and balancing techniques; as well as through theory, studying the human body and its anatomy and the bones of the skeleton.

By studying the great yoga philosophy and its history, we also enrich our level of cultural preparation and our understanding of the wise thoughts of its ancient masters. With the daily practice of pranayama (breathing exercises), we learn about all the benefits that it can offer as well as through the singing of mantras and group meditation.

YogaMea School - Reviews

This is a great course! Also intense because of the many hours of yoga combined with anatomic and philosophical education. I can really recommend this course when you want to become a well educated and trained teacher. Everything is perfectly organized and well taken care of including the meals.

I completed my 200 hr YTT in January. Timmy is a fantastic teacher - extremely well-read in all the yogic texts, passionate about teaching, and skilled in guiding students in achieving personal growth. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the body through years of study and working with students.

One of the best gifts I have ever given to myself was attending Teacher training in Misano Adriatico with the Yogamea School Program. What a blast! The group I was lucky to be trained with was absolutely great not to mention the wonderful location by the sea on the Italian Adriatic coast.Everything was just perfect.
