Stress can play a part in problems such as high blood pressure, headaches, heart problems, skin problems, diabetes, breathing problems, depression, and anxiety, to name a few. Why deal with all of these illnesses when we offer a solution?
Yoga can bring joy to your soul and give yourself a unique sense of lightness.
You will learn meditation techniques, breathing exercises, asanas & postures. By having experience on our yoga retreats in Italy, whenever you need to access the “yoga calm”, you can then go on to practice on your own.
During our yoga retreats, there will be two traditional Hatha yoga classes daily. The morning class is usually stronger and moves at a quicker pace with an emphasis on building strength. The afternoon class is normally a slower, restorative practice
